Estelle announces latest HUGO URBAN RULES Winner

For those of you eager to find the next hot talent to download on your MP3 player, look no further than 20 year old solo vocalist Meleka from Buckinghamshire. Recent number one artist Estelle and former singer of Miss-teeq, Sabrina, were there to congratulate the young starlet on beating over 300 other budding young artists to be this year’s winner of our HUGO URBAN RULES music masterclass programme (see http://hubbublondon.com/our_clients/hugo_fragrances_casestudy for more details).
We reckon Meleka has what it takes to emulate the success of previous HUGO URBAN RULES headliners Jamelia, Amy Winehouse and Amerie - Radio 1Xtra and MTV have already tipped her for the top!
